Our Pull Up Package 40″ contains (3) SuperFlex Resistance Bands.  The bands included are our #5 Red, #6 Purple and #7 Charcoal which make up the package.

The bands are simply slip ties around the high pole and then stretched down and placed under both feet to assist in the exercise.  The bands are used to help during the exercise if you do not have the strength to perform a proper pull up on your own.  The package comes with 3 different resistance levels to help you accordingly. The bands act like your own personal spotter to help you perform the correct technique.
