The F.A.S.T Infield Package

Package includes:  #2 Green Functional Training Band, #2.75 Yellow Movement Band 110″, #2 Red Movement Band 110″ and #2.75 Lime Green Movement Band 110″

The F.A.S.T Infield Development Package is designed to enhance the Speed & Power of Infielder’s. Baseball and Softball athletes will use this band to increase their first step explosiveness, change of direction quickness, increase Strength and Mobility. The SuperFlex bands will help educate the athletes to “FEEL” how to efficiently utilize their lower half to produce maximal force into the ground. As well as understand how to properly decelerate (reduce speed) to sustain body control in all directions. Due to the increased length of the bands, infielders will be able to cover greater distances under band resistance which will have great transfer onto the diamond!
